The Senior Seminar on the Ability Improvement of the Deputy Division Cadres of the Food and Drug Regulatory System was successfully held in Zhejiang University

In order to fully implement the work plan for a new round of large-scale training of cadres, further expand training channels, innovate training methods, improve training levels, comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the cadres at the deputy level of the provincial food and drug supervision system, and promote the innovative development of the food and drug supervision work. From July 1 to 8, the provincial bureau held an advanced training course for improving the ability of the cadres at the level of deputy departments of the provincial food and drug supervision system at Zhejiang University, with 48 students participating in the study. Zhang Ming, deputy inspector of the provincial bureau, and Yuan Fang, deputy dean of the School of Continuing Education of Zhejiang University, attended the opening ceremony and made an important speech. At the opening ceremony, Deputy Inspector Zhang Ming pointed out that the training was held for the purpose of serving the scientific and regulatory innovation ideas of cadre training, creating conditions for the growth of cadres at all levels of the system, and charging and fueling the promotion of the comprehensive ability of cadres. I hope that while you gain academic knowledge, you can sublimate your ideas and innovate your thinking, and put forward four requirements for the trainees: first, concentrate and study hard; Second, we should be diligent in thinking and in-depth study; Third, we should apply what we have learned and combine it with what we have learned; Fourth, we should strictly observe discipline. The training was taught by senior professors and special experts of Zhejiang University. The training content is mainly based on the high-quality education and training resources of Zhejiang University. The main courses are: innovative thinking, the current macroeconomic situation, the thinking of leading cadres, concepts and decision-making, the pressure management of leading cadres, leadership nutrition and health, administration according to law, game theory and government management, the legal responsibilities and risks of leading cadres in food and drug supervision, and the improvement of executive power. The training is conducted in the form of classroom teaching, on-site teaching, visiting and learning, exchange and discussion, and the learning atmosphere of Zhejiang University is felt while the training is concentrated. Through targeted learning, the trainees further broadened their horizons, innovated their ideas, refreshed their management concepts, improved their professional level, leadership and public management ability, and further improved their comprehensive quality and ability.
